This event involves presentations covering the different research areas developed at the Center for Translational Health and Medical Biotechnology Research (TBIO). Additionally, the event aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange by providing a platform for students and researchers from TBIO as well as other institutions to present their work and engage with the community.
The objective is to promote innovation and interdisciplinary research, encourage networking, and support the development of new ideas and projects that contribute to advancements in research.
The TBIO Annual Meeting 2025 will feature an outstanding lineup of keynote speakers. Sílvia Costa Agostinho da Silva will open the plenary sessions with “Promoting Healthy Workplaces: The Need for an Integrative Approach of Health and Safety at Work”. Daniel Martins will follow with “Bridging the Gap: Multimodal Neuroimaging for Translational Psychiatry”, while Liliana Teixeira will present insights from the “Iberian Observatory of Consciousness Disorders”. Closing the plenary, Diogo Pestana will deliver “From Health to Disease and Back: The Microbiota Connection”.
