The primary focus of this meeting was the project's strategic organization, successfully achieving the following key objectives:
- Organizational Structure: Formal establishment of the management committees and the full activation of the Expert Working Groups (EWGs).
- Strategic Planning: Agreement on the work methodology and timelines for the upcoming phases.
- Operational Roadmap: Definition of a clear roadmap towards the delivery of the Work Package 2 (WP2) results.
- Platforms and Training: Consensus on the development of digital platforms, specialized training programs, and dissemination strategies.
With the conclusion of this first in-person meeting, the E2S team and its international partners are now aligning efforts toward the practical implementation of tools designed to maximize the quality of life of participants through physical exercise.
