MASTER`S DEGREE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY - CARDIO-RESPIRATORY OPTION

The Master's in Physiotherapy was designed and planned in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Bologna declaration, extracting the concepts of student-centered learning and the European Credit Transfer System to evaluate the effort made by the student in this learning process. It is based on in-depth knowledge of important areas of Physiotherapy, and other areas of knowledge that support its practice, such as functional sciences, morphological sciences, biomechanics, psychology, biostatistics and pharmacy. In its structure, the course will have two curricular units in the 1st year common to the different areas of specialization of this cycle of studies. At the end of these, students will be distributed across different areas of specialization. The 2nd year will consist of the Research and Dissertation | Internship units with final report. It is important to note that the Master's degree in Physiotherapy is awarded in the corresponding area of specialization.

Classes of this Master's degree normally take place on Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (however, there could happen changes to the above schedule).
