MASTER IN Pharmacy - PHARMACOTHERAPY AND PHARMACOEPIDEMIOLOGY

The Master of Pharmacy course of study is an innovative course that integrates a specialization of a technical and scientific nature in the field of Pharmacy, and two branches of option: Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacoepidemiology, and Technology of Medicines and Health Products, allowing the student to choose the route that best suits your interests. In this context, the area of ??specialization in Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacoepidemiology, aims to ensure future graduates a consolidation of training in the field of Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacoepidemiology, and in particular in the deepening of skills in the areas of pharmacotherapeutic counseling in chronic diseases, in special situations and non-prescription drugs , pharmacoepidemiology, as well as pharmacotherapeutic follow-up and pharmacy care. The Master's program in Pharmacy also includes a Dissertation / Internship course unit (with 60 credits), in the 2nd curricular year, in which students develop a master's dissertation / internship report, under the guidance of a doctoral professor. or specialist. Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or another course in the area of health or life sciences, or legal equivalent; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to it; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of the Bachelor's degree by the Technical-Scientific Council; Holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical-Scientific Council.
