MASTERS IN BIOSTATISTICS AND BIOINFORMATICS APPLIED TO HEALTH

Worldwide, the need for professionals with competence in data analysis is recognized, contributing to the formation of knowledge in the various scientific areas. In this way, biostatistics and bioinformatics have become essential tools in the area of ??health. The master's degree in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Applied to Health is relevant for researchers and health professionals since it will develop the necessary skills to carry out experiments with autonomy and rigor and to interpret results; from planning, sampling, use and development of software and analysis and interpretation of data, contributing to health knowledge. The Master course in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Applied to Health has as general objectives to train professionals with: - solid and integrated training in the fields of biostatistics and bioinformatics, making use of real practical problems in health; - ability to develop new methodologies and procedures for the analysis of health data.
