The Master in Pharmacy study cycle is an innovative course that integrates a specialization of a technical-scientific nature in the field of Pharmacy, and two branches of option: Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacoepidemiology, and Medicine and Health Products Technology, allowing the student to choose the route that best suits your interests.
The study plan of the Master in Pharmacy also includes a Dissertation/ Internship curricular unit (with 60 credits), in the 2nd academic year, in which students develop a Master's dissertation/ an internship report, under the guidance of a doctoral professor or specialist.

Under the terms of decree law nº 74/2006, of March 24, as amended by decree law nº 65/2018, of August 16, thefollowing candidates are admitted to the study cycle leading to Master in Pharmacy degree: Holders of a bachelor degree in Pharmacy or another course in the area of life sciences or health, or equivalent;Holders of a foreign academic degree conferred after completing a 1st cycle of studies organized according to theBologna Process by a State which adhered to it; Holders of a foreign academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of this degree by the ScientificCouncil of the higher education institution where they wish to be admitted; Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognized as attesting the capacity to accomplish thiscycle of studies by the Scientific Council of the higher education institution where the student wishes to be admitted
