MASTER IN PHYSIOTHERAPY - CARDIO-RESPIRATORY OPTION
The Master in Physiotherapy was conceived and planned according to the principles proclaimed in the Bologna declaration, extracting the concepts of student-centered learning and the European Credit Transfer System to assess the effort made by the student in this learning process. It is based on in-depth knowledge of important domains of Physiotherapy, and other areas of knowledge that support its practice such as functional sciences, morphological sciences, biomechanics, psychology, physics, biostatistics and pharmacy. In its structure, the course will have, in the 1st year, a first trimester common to the five options.
At the end of this first quarter, students will be divided into five specialization options. The second year will consist of an Internship and a final report with a total of 30 credits.

- Master Physiotherapists will master the assessment skills that allow the adaptation and creation of new safe and efficient methods / techniques
- they will use the collected information to elaborate a specific and efficient intervention plan, with the user, using problem solving skills and clinical reasoning
- will critically analyze therapeutic interventions
- they will develop methodologies and issue relevant judgments on data management systems and records of users/clients in the Cardiorespiratory area.
Holders of a Bietapic Degree, a Degree in Physiotherapy, or legal equivalent; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, in the areas of health or related areas, conferred following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of Bologna by a State adhering to this Process; Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of the degree in Physiotherapy by the Technical-Scientific Council of the School; Holders of an academic, scientific and professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting the ability to carry out this cycle of studies by the Technical-Scientific Council of the School.
